My favorite Elon Tradition is .... Because...

My favorite tradition at Elon is the Elon Ball because it's like going to a high school dance minus the stress! It's very low stakes and a fun opportunity to dress up with your friends and meet new people (and impress them with your amazing dance moves!). The Ball is something unique to Elon and I'm so glad we are able to enjoy this event year after year.

My most memorable Elon experience?

My most memorable Elon experience thus far has been studying abroad in Italy for three weeks with my Honors Cohort. It was an incredible opportunity to learn about historic monuments and artworks and then see the real thing the next day. The culture of Italy is something I'll never forget and I'm very grateful for the bonds I made with my cohort over our travels.

I chose Elon because...

I chose Elon because of the amazing opportunities the school could offer me. As an Honors Fellow, I knew I would receive support in performing undergraduate research, something I knew I wanted to participate in. I also admired the emphasis Elon places on study abroad, another activity I was sure I wanted to include in my college experience. Combined with the beautiful campus and financial aid package I received through the Odyssey Program, it was almost too easy to decide to join the Elon community.
