My most memorable Elon experience?

My favorite moment at Elon was when I moved into my dorm this year. I was feeling pretty nervous and overwhelmed the days leading up to move in day, but right when I arrived on campus those feelings changed. The energy on campus that morning was like something I’ve never felt before and the excitement of everyone around me rubbed off on me. The Dean of my program came to my room as I was moving in and welcomed my family and I with hugs and t-shirts. This moment subsided my anxieties and I instantly knew that I had made the right choice.

My favorite Elon tradition is the luminaries because it illuminates the beautiful campus and allows students to get in the holiday spirit and have a break during finals week.

I chose Elon for a multitude of reasons including the new nursing program, the small class sizes, the beautiful campus, and the way the students have a good balance of campus involvement, work, and play.
