I chose Elon because...
I chose Elon because it felt completely different from every other school I toured. I knew I would succeed academically wherever I went, but Elon was the only place where I could picture myself thriving as a whole person. From the moment I stepped on campus, everyone I met was genuinely invested in my success and wellbeing. That level of care isn’t the norm everywhere, but it is at Elon, and it’s how I knew this was the right school for me.
My most memorable Elon experience?
Volunteering with The Village Project has been the most memorable part of my Elon experience. Growing up attending Title I schools myself, working with students who share that background felt incredibly meaningful. Every week I got to watch their confidence grow, celebrate their curiosity, and be part of a program that truly invests in the local community.
My favorite Elon Tradition is .... Because...
My favorite Elon tradition is College Coffee. I love seeing the entire campus community come together every Tuesday, rain or shine. It’s the perfect moment to reconnect with professors from past semesters, catch up with friends, learn what’s happening around campus, and enjoy some free food. It’s such a simple tradition, but it captures what I love so much about Elon, connection and community.
