I wanted to go to a college where I felt valued as a student and could have close relationships with both my peers and professors.

The acorns and oaks! I love the symbolism of the acorn given at Convocation at the beginning of first year and the baby oak tree given at graduation.

I have loved tutoring local elementary school students through the It Takes A Village Project and working with other community service opportunities through Elon Volunteers!
