My favorite Elon Tradition is Luminaries because it provides such a wonderful transition into the holiday season here at Elon and transforms campus into a beautiful scene fit for a Hallmark movie!
I chose Elon because of the incredible opportunities available for every single student. As a junior I have done research, service learning, leadership, interned and have plans to study abroad. It was such a unique experience to have access to these programs from the moment I stepped onto campus!
My most memorable Elon experience was studying in Florida for three weeks with my Communications Fellows cohort my first year here! We had the opportunity to visit over a dozen workplaces, network with alumni and even spend a day at Disney World. Looking back, we returned only weeks before the world shut down due to COVID-19 and I am so grateful that my last "normal" experience was such an impactful one.
