My favorite Elon Tradition is .... Because...

My favorite Elon Tradition is the Acorn and Oak tradition. I love that we are given an acorn when we arrive to symbolize the start of our journey, and an oak sapling when we graduate. It is such a meaningful way to celebrate how much we change and evolve during our time here.

I am originally from Boulder, Colorado, but moved to North Carolina from Miami, Florida, a year ago. Elon immediately reminded me of Boulder's natural aesthetic and vibe, which made it feel like the perfect new home for me.

My most memorable Elon experience?

It’s hard to pick just one, but the events hosted by El Centro have been incredibly impactful for me. Attending gatherings that connected me back to my culture, all while being supported by the Elon Creed, made me feel a deep sense of belonging and community here.
