My most memorable Elon experience?

My most memorable Elon experience has been my semester abroad at the Elon Center in London. Getting to live, study, and intern in a different country has been the opportunity of a lifetime, and getting to experience it with dozens of other Elon students has made it even more special.

My favorite Elon Tradition is .... Because...

My favorite Elon Tradition is Luminaries (Festival of Lights) each December. I love how this event brings the whole campus together and unites us through the spirit of the holiday season. My favorite thing about this ceremony is that it is impossible to walk more than 5 feet without running into someone you know, which I feel shows how strong the Elon community really is! Plus, it beautiful to see all of the lights turn on and share in the excitement all together as a campus.

I chose Elon because...

I chose Elon because I felt that it offers so many opportunities that I would not have experienced at other schools. As a junior at Elon, I have already had the opportunity to study abroad (twice), hold leadership positions in two different organizations, work two on campus jobs, intern in another country, and meet people from all over the United States and the world. Plus, the Elon community is phenomenal. It is so special to go to a school where everywhere you go there is a familiar face and there is a home for everyone in our various organizations.
