My most memorable Elon experience?

Participating in ElonThon (24-hour dance marathon) for all 24 hours both my freshman and sophomore years. It’s, by far, the most exhausting thing I’ve ever done, but also one of the most rewarding days of the year.

Acorn-to-Oak Sapling because I think it’s such an awesome, symbolic way to view your development from New Student Convocation on Move-In Weekend to Commencement!

I chose Elon because...

of its size, emphasis on experiential learning, and flexibility of programs! After touring many schools, I quickly realized that I did not want a very large or super small school, making Elon the perfect fit. Additionally, Elon's focus on experiential learning (e.g. all business majors required to complete an internship prior to graduation) and flexibility of programs (e.g. opportunity to double major, minor, study abroad, have multiple on-campus jobs, receive a liberal arts education, and graduate in 4 years) is something that is unique and really made the school stand out to me. I truly felt (and still feel) that Elon cares about you as a person and that you aren’t just another number or statistic for their alumni network.
