The great reviews, class size, proximity to my home, and small college town are some reasons I chose Elon. I would be writing a whole essay if I included every reason I chose Elon!
My most memorable Elon experience was my time in sorority recruitment. I felt so at home here, which completely altered my college experience. I met so many amazing women who share my same passions. This was the best decision I have made in my time at Elon. Three years later, I am now the president of my sorority! It has allowed me to grow in my friendships, professionalism, and leadership. I will forever be thankful to Elon for bringing me all of these experiences.
Luminaries is my favorite Elon tradition because of its uniqueness. The whole historic neighborhood is lit up with small lanterns with students' names on them. Every student walks around to find their lantern. It is the most fun night at Elon. There is apple cider and hot chocolate throughout the neighborhood, as well as student bands. I look forward to Luminaries every year!
