My most memorable Elon experience?

As part of the Business Fellows program, I was privileged enough to go to Dubai and Abu Dhabi as a Winter Term study abroad. This was a great experience to not only gain business insight, but to learn the customs and misconceptions about the Middle East. That was the most incredible experience of my life, and would not have been possible without Elon.

My favorite Elon Tradition is .... Because...

Visiting the President's house in December for the holidays. Right before finals, everyone gets together and reflects on the semester, gets a picture with the President that gets sent home, and mingles with their peers. It's a great experience, and shows the connectivity between administration and students that isn't present at other schools.

I chose Elon because...

Elon is about more than the degree. The emphasis on creating lasting relationships with peers and faculty appealed to me. While not many people from my hometown knew what Elon was, I found out very quickly that employers and other similar schools definitely did. It doesn't hurt that the campus is beautiful!
