My favorite Elon Tradition is college coffee because I love the free breakfast every Tuesday, but also because it’s an incredible experience to connect with faculty outside of class and helps to form actual relationships with your professors.
I chose Elon because of all of the opportunities being a Phoenix granted me. Moreover, I walked onto campus and I heard how much the students and faculty cared for Elon. Everyone I spoke to talked about how they loved Elon and wanted to make the university and experience better for students. Elon was the one school that I heard was actually listening to students and actively working to make change and progress on campus and, to me, that was incredible.
My most memorable Elon experience would have to be my first mock trial tournament at Ohio State. It was my first time competing and I had just joined the team about a month before. It was a great experience to bond with my teammates and really get to know one another. I grew really close with my teammates and had so much fun exploring Columbus and competing with them.
