Hometown: Doylestown, PA, PA
Major: Secondary Education
Minor: Psychology
In the Spring of my freshman year, I participated in the full, 12-hour, overnight Relay for Life event. Spending the night running laps, raising money, and having fun with my friends and peers has left a lasting, meaningful impression on me of how fun can be combined with a significant purpose.
I came to Elon because of how perfect of a match the school was for me. Coming in as an education major, I was part of a program in which I knew I would get active classroom experience and be able to learn from some of the best professors in the world, as Elon is #1 in undergraduate teaching, and has been for 3+ years running.
I absolutely love Elon Greek Dance. This event occurs every fall, and every Greek organization at Elon puts together and practices a fun dance, which gets performed in front of a few thousand people. Being able to take part or watch my peers perform is one of my favorite moments every school year.
